Audit Now has been designed specifically with business goals in mind. These are to save time and money whilst producing a highly professional audit report instantly.

In practice what this means is that the audit is designed in the Audit Now PC Client, together with the Questions and Recommendations.  

Once audits are set up in Audit Now they are the scheduled through Audit Now’s powerful assignment and scheduling tools and downloaded automatically to the PDA / Hand Held PC for completion by the auditor.

Audit Now‘s scheduling wizard is run by the administrator. This assigns audits for a given list of sites across pre-planned dates. The auditor is then sent an email asking him / her to login and organise their work load according to where they are auditing on the scheduled dates. Special instructions and an attachment can be added to the email in the assignment / scheduling wizard. 

These activities are critical as it means the auditor has the flexibility to monitor and manage his / her own work load in order to ensure that they minimise their travel time and cost.

As shown on the (above right) the auditor drags and drops the audits onto the appropriate day and then the relevant audits will appear on their PDA / Hand Held PC the next time they synchronise. Audits can be moved, deleted or re-assigned (by an admin user) in the event an auditor is sick or leaves the organisation.

When the auditor next synchronizes the scheduled audit list on their PDA / Hand Held PC is then updated and their audits can be carried out on the PDA / Hand Held PC.
